Byrd Chest Fitness is a fitness center combined with a variety of beneficial fulfilling classes for the community. Memberships, youth training, yoga, zumba, step aerobics, bike spin, boot camps, boxing, online virtual training, massage therapy, body sculpting, it even has a juice detox and smoothie bar. I’m all about bringing the people together to stay healthy, fit, inspired, motivated and to live a longer satisfying life. Today’s society is full of depression and sickness. I’m here to show others how to overcome these tuff situations. I will be working with all ages from 6 and up. It’s a must to keep the youth active. They need guidance genuine love and support. Byrd Chest Fitness is located right off the highway at 2020 River oaks Dr Calumet City, Illinois. In the middle of the suburbs and the city making it beneficial for everyone to join. I started training a few years in my basement in garages to now a store front. Life is all about commitment discipline structure and sacrifice. I’m grateful to be able to assist others daily in personal growth!

A Mission from the Heart
My journey started small—literally in my garage and basement. I didn’t have fancy equipment, I didn’t have a huge budget, but what I had was heart. I trained my first clients with a passion that couldn’t be taught. Over time, word spread, and more people began to trust me with their health goals. That trust is something I hold sacred.
Now, with a storefront right off the highway in Calumet City, we’ve created something much bigger than just a gym. We’re a movement. A space where transformation happens on all levels. Where young people find role models, and adults rediscover strength they didn’t know they had.
Committed to Growth
This is only the beginning. We’re constantly looking for new ways to serve our community—from after-school programs and senior wellness initiatives to fitness challenges and weekend workshops. As our community grows, so do we.
Our long-term goal? To make Byrd Chest Fitness a hub of wellness that reaches beyond the four walls of the gym. We want to see fitness pop-up events in parks, youth mentorships, partnerships with local schools, and even health seminars for underserved communities. Because everyone deserves access to health, not just those who can afford a membership.
